Former Chief Revenue Officer of Doğus Media Group and founder of Doğuş Digital, Ateş has a deep background in content sales, ad sales, vast branded content projects, and brand building. He spent the last five years spearheading the digital transformation of Doğus, created Turkey’s leading OTT, and launched Turkey’s first Super Series, PHI. Ateş has a curious, progressive mind and is a strong believer in the skills and capabilities of the Turkish media industry.

Özlem, Madd Entertainment’s Director of International Sales, has over 20 years’ experience in international sales and acquisitions. Prior to joining Madd, Özsümbül was Head of Acquisitions and Film Investment for Kanal D, Teve2 & D Productions. There she managed regional and international content acquisitions for the group, leading the evaluation process for feature films and projects to acquire and develop. Özlem designed the first Turkish drama sales department in 2006 for Kanal D and is a true pioneer of Turkish drama on the world stage.

Ayşe began her career in strategic planning at Ogilvy & Mather before moving on to the Mindshare global media agency, where she spent six years in business development, consumer & market research, and new pitches. Prior to joining Madd Entertainment, she developed branded entertainment projects for Doğuş Media Group, including premium dramas and Super Series.

After five years working in finance, budgeting and business analytics in the retail sector, Ezgi built the data structure of puhutv. Her business intelligence system helped puhutv become Turkey’s leading OTT platform. Now Ezgi has brought her background in data-driven decision-making to Madd Entertainment.
